使用EarlyStopping與ModelCheckpoint降低overfitting

本文介紹使用EarlyStopping與ModelCheckpoint降低overfitting。在機器學習中造成overfitting的原因之一是過度訓練，所以我們將採用Early Stopping的方法，當模型持續訓練至某個epoch之後，驗證loss無法再降得更低就停止訓練，能降低overfitting。
